F.A.Q.
Q: All of my conduct (or work habits) grades are 4’s when I gave students 3’s.
A; Verify you made conduct/work habits count as 3 points. Then go to Tools >>
Recalculate >> Standards.
Q: I keep entering assignments and they disappear, or I get a message the
assignment already exists.
A: The drop-down menu that you are actually in according to the calendar. PowerTeacher
puts assignments in according to date. Edit the assignment to have a date within the
quarter you want, and assignments will move there.
Q:Why am I getting decimals or strange grades?
A: Check that all subject area grades are out of 4 points (even if a child could only score a
3). All conduct/work habits grades should be out of 3 points. Click on Tools >>
Recalculate >> STANDARDS.
